PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS
Close up's of the 27,000 lb. Lift and Service Center at Wheelen RV Center.
I. CHASSIS
If dealership is not equipped, arrangements Must be made for these services to be performed by an Authorized Dealer of the Chassis Manufacturer.
Inspect the following and correct as necessary.
1. Engine Oil - level.
2. Automatic Transmission - fluid level.
3. Manual Transmission (if equipped) - oil level.
4. Differential/Final Drive - oil level.
5. Engine Coolant - level & anti-freeze protection range.
6. Coolant Hoses - connections, clamps and routing.
7. Auxiliary Rear Heater Hoses - connections, clamps and routing.
8. Brake Master Cylinder/Reservoir - fluid level.
9. Brake Lines - condition of lines, hoses and connections.
10. Windshield Washer Reservoir - solution level.
11. Batteries - electrolyte level (not necessary on maintenance-free type).
12. Battery & Starter Cables - connections and routing.
13. Electrical Wiring - connections and routing.
14. Drive Belts - tension and alignment.
15. Throttle Linkage - adjustment.
16. Idle Speed - adjustment.
17. Fast Idle Speed - adjustment (gasoline engine only).
18. PCV Valve - operation (gasoline engine only).
19. Fuel System - hoses, tubes and connections.
20. Steering Pump and Gear - fluid level.
21. Brake Pedal - play and travel.
22. Clutch (manual transmission only) - adjustment.
23. Front End Alignment - toe, camber & caster.
24. Wheel Bearings - repack or adjust if necessary.
25. Wheel Nuts - proper torque.
26. Tires - condition and pressure (including spare).
27. Headlights - beam alignment.
28. Exterior & Interior Lights and Switches - operation.
29. Seats - adjustment controls & safety belts (operation and anchorage).
30. Road Test ( Service Brake & Parking Brake operation, Engine performance,_____ Transmission/Transaxle operation and _____
performance, Steering and Suspension performance, Instruments, Controls & Accessories operation,_____ Squeaks, Rattles or _____
Vibrations, Recheck engine fluid levels after road test.).
31. Complete all chassis warranty forms and make sure warranty and operator's manual(s)* are in the vehicle.
*(Class A and C vehicles must contain both the chassis operator's manual and the coach operator's manual. H-body vehicles contain one operator's manual.).
II. FRESH WATER SYSTEM
Inspect operation and leakage - correct as necessary.
1. Water Intake Valve.
2. Water Tank (s).
3. Demand Pump or Manual Pump.
4. Water Heater and Connections.
5. Water Lines - all.
6. Drain Cocks.
7. Faucets/Fixtures - all.
8. Water Filter Operation.
9. Winterize (if necessary).
III. WASTE DRAINAGE SYSTEM
Inspect and correct as necessary.
I . Holding Tank(s) and connections.
2. Waste Drain Valve(s).
3. Waste Drain Hose.
4. Toilet.
5. Drain Traps - all.
6. Winterize (if necessary).
IV. LP GAS SYSTEM
Inspect - correct or adjust as necessary.
1. LP System (Gas Leak Test).
2. LP Gas Tank (s) and Controls.
3. LP Gas Regulator.
4. Furnace - pilot - burners - controls.
S. Range/Hotplate - pilot - burners - controls.
6. Refrigerator - pilot - burner - controls.
V. ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Check operation and correct as necessary.
1. 110 Volt AC System.
2. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
3. 110 Volt Auxiliary Generator operation.
4. 12 Volt DC System
5. Power Converter Operation.
6. Battery Charging System.
7. Auxiliary Battery System.
8. Battery Electrolyte & Charge.
9. Interior Switches - all.
10. Interior and Exterior Lights - all.
11. Water and Molding Tank Level Indicators.
12. Demand Water Pump Operation.
13. Interior Fans - all.
14. Furnace Thermostat.
15. Air Conditioner(s).
16. Water Heater operation (MUST be filled with water).
17. Refrigerator Operation.
18. Auxiliary Rear Heater.
19. Microwave or Microwave/Convection Oven.
20. Audio Entertainment System (AM/FM Stereo Radio/Cassette).
VI. EXTERIOR
Check operation and correct as necessary.
1. Doors and Locks - all.
2. Screen Door.
3. Entrance Step - power or manual.
4. Windows - crank mechanisms/slides, etc.
5. TV Antenna mechanism.
6. Vents - all.
7. Exterior Compartment Doors.
VII. INTERIOR
Check operation and correct as necessary.
1. Water Demand Pump Switch.
2. TV/Cable Receptacle(s).
3. Cabinet Door Latches and Hinges.
4. Drawers and Slides.
5. Curtains/Drapes.
6. Beds. Couches, Tables.
7. Fire Extinguisher (Check CHARGE ONLY).
VIII. GENERAL APPEARANCE
Inspect and correct as necessary.
1. Wash vehicle.
2. Interior/Exterior Trim Moldings and Sealants.
3. Exterior Finish - spot paint, touch up & rub out if necessary.
4. Assure vehicle is in clean, presentable condition - remove all unnecessary tags, stamps and labels.
5. Be sure that all required literature is in the vehicle.
6. Assure that the owner is properly instructed in the operation of the vehicle including all equipment and accessories.
7. Be certain that all Operators Manuals and Warranty Manuals are in the vehicle and that the Warranty Forms are completed.
8. Be sure that the LeSharo, Phasar or Utility Van owner is aware of the required 500-1000 mile maintenance service.

DEALER CERTIFICATION - (Wheelen RV Center) will certify that this vehicle has been inspected, road tested, safety checked and that adjustments were performed in accordance with the above requirements.
CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION - I (the customer) certify that I have been given the warranty document for this vehicle prior to sale and have been instructed in the use of his vehicle.
